Returns & Refunds
For eligible distance purchases made by UK consumers, you generally have a right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. After notifying us of cancellation, you generally have another 14 days to return the goods. Promotional and bundled products are not automatically excluded.
Requesting a return
Contact ahmetgovce1@gmail.com with your order number to obtain return instructions and the correct return address. Keep proof of posting.
Handling and postage
You may examine products as you would in a shop. Lawful deductions may apply if goods lose value from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary. For change-of-mind returns, direct return postage may be the customer's responsibility if disclosed before purchase. We are responsible for appropriate return costs in cases where law requires it, including certain faulty items.
Refunds
Refunds due will be made without undue delay, generally within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence of their dispatch, whichever is earlier, subject to applicable law. Eligible standard outbound delivery charges are reimbursed where legally required. Refunds normally use the original payment method.
Faulty goods
Your Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
